Chris and Drake went above and beyond when I needed a new roof. Responsive, professional and high quality roof installation!!! My homeowners insurance demanded I replace my roof or lose my insurance coverage. These guys made it happen, start to finish the service was top notch.
The whole experience, from start to finish, met or exceeded all of our expectations. Chris came to our house initially for a leak estimate that we called about. Once he arrived and inspected the problem area he gave us an estimate which included time and materials. Our existing roof was 20 years old and nearing the end of its useful life. He asked if we wanted him to give us an estimate on replacing the entire roof because of the age and current condition. There was no pressure to make a decision, but presented as more of an option. We were aware of the declining condition so we opted for an entire replacement estimate. Chris gave us three options to choose from and the price for each. At the end of our meeting we shock hands and he left the estimate with us. There was no pressure to make a buying decision. A few days later we called Chris with our decision to replace the entire roof. We made an appointment for him to come to our house to sign the contract and collect the deposit. Once the contract was signed we set a date that his crew would show up and complete the work. We were told that the job should take about 3-4 days depending on the weather. We were called the day before the work crew arrived, to confirm that we were still on schedule. The crew that arrived were very neat and organized. They were able to send a 7 man crew instead of a normal 4 man crew I was told. On the first day they were able to strip the old roof off and install the underlayment for water proofing. On the second day they installed the new shingles and finished the job. Before they left, they cleaned up the whole area for loose bits of roofing materials and old roofing nails. My wife and I were really impressed with the quality and care this crew treated our property. I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new roof. Ted & Belinda Pope

The team at The Roofing Company was very well organized and professional. The initial evaluation and estimate went well. Matt explained what they offered, what was covered in the estimate and general time line for the project. Once we signed the estimate I started getting calls and emails from Sara and Jenna in the office to keep me up to date on the schedule and to clarify details on the estimate. Materials were delivered as promised the work started on time. The crew leader met with me the morning the work started to make sure I was comfortable with the time table and addressed some general safety items. They covered ground areas around my home and drive to make cleanup easier and more complete. As the work started Matt stopped in to make sure things were preceding well. Midday, Dennis Wood stopped in to check progress and give me an update on the progress and expected completion. The total project took just over one day and mid-morning Day after the work was complete Dennis came by to do his final inspection of the work and the clean up. The next day Jena sent me the itemized invoice and paid invoice just a promised. Overall I was extremely pleased with the project start to finish. I appreciated the regular communication from the office and field team members. I'm hoping I don't need a roof anytime in the near future, but rest assured The Roofing Company will be my first call if I do.
