We had multiple quotes with different companies! The roofing company wasn't the highest and wasn't the lowest but came with more items included! We need our roof done as soon as possible as the last company did not pull a permit on our roof! We need a new roof to keep our insurance! Charlie Gilantzis was awesome with our quote process and explained everything well; he followed up with the crew when they were working. The crew came out and did our roof in one day and used great tools to pick up every nail; we never even found one yet! I interviewed 6 roofing companies to do a full roof replacement. I searched the BBB for their biggest rated roofers and started there. I thought Chris H and his team through the quote and setup were amazing. I chose them for three reasons. His price was good, not the cheapest but good value for what you received. 2. He uses Landmark Pro which I liked. I got full peel and stick underlayment. 3. His personality. I felt he cared about his team, me and his name. They had to fight the rain but got the roof done over three days (not their fault). Friendly considerate team. Cleaned up and took pride in their work. I do not have one complaint about this company. Late last year, I found out I needed to have work done to my roof. I had someone come out to patch a leak, and it worked for a short while. But then one morning during a good rain, I woke up to water dripping on me in bed. I immediately reached out to friends and The Roofing Company was one that was highly recommended. I called and within a day, someone came out to inspect the roof for an estimate and also applied a good patch until they could get started. This was done free of charge, and not knowing if I was going to be using them for my roof work. So that had me sold, since another company closer to me had been bad about returning my call. Gene was the project manager for the work I had done and he kept me informed on the progress of my work. I chose to have the entire roof replaced, rather than trying to patch it. I knew it was about 15 years old. Unfortunately for me, the previous roofers used decking that wasn't up to code (1/4 inch thick, should've been at least 1/2 inch thick), and Gene let me know what was needed, and that the inspector required additional permits. It was an expense that wasn't expected, but upon seeing the previous decking and such, I'm glad it was done. In total, it was about 4 days that it took to replace my roof and all the decking, though they would've been done much sooner if it weren't for the terrible job from whomever did the work last. I am very happy with everyone who I dealt with... Chris, Gene, Sergio, Joanne. Everyone has been nothing but polite, courteous, and above all, professional. And I am also very happy with the work that was done. I'll happily recommend The Roofing Company to anyone who needs any work done to their home.
