We were very pleased with the work done on replacing our old tiled roof with shingles. It was done in a timely manner inspite of a surprise rainstorm and Matt and Randy are prompt and attentive.

Great company with solid reputation earned over many years. I replaced my roof with new Owens Corning Pacific Wave Duration shingles and my four old solar tubes and solar fans all done with this one company. Matt the owner and his staff are great to work with and have the highest Owens Corning certification. The guy that came out and did the post installation wind mitigation report told us he has inspected their work for over twenty years and complemented them on professionalism and quality.

Our brand new roof come out great. The crew who worked on those hot and rainy days were amazing and very hard working. Customer service was on point, answering any questions I had and/or would respond back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Matt and the Roofing Company gave us the best price on the replacement of a section of flat roof that we needed to replace for insurance. His team did a great job and were really tidy in how they left the area when they were done. We will use them again. I even passed his name along to my insurance agent as a good guy to refer folks to who need repairs.

There’s no words to express how grateful I am to work with this company. I’ve had a leak that caused my ceiling to caved in and have called several different companies and no one was able to get the problem resolved. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. My contact person, Evan, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. During the process, they discovered an issue with spray foam insulation in our attic that could have impacted both ventilation and the manufacturer’s warranty on our shingles. Instead of just pushing forward to collect the final payment, they took the time to crawl through our attic, assess the ventilation, explain the problem clearly, and offer solutions. They absolutely could have kept quiet about it, but their honesty and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. They followed through on every recommendation and made sure the corrections were done properly before the final payment was made. I am so grateful I listened to a friend who suggested I give this company a try — I already had three quotes and was ready to choose someone else. I had a tapered TPO still under warranty that needed some attention. I was happy with their prompt attention from start to finish. The issue was rectified and the professional repair was completed. This was why I chose The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay to do my initial install. They honored their warranty and they have longevity to do so! From speaking with Kristen in the office who is customer oriented to Joshua coming out for the estimate..and David and Evan complaining the work properly and efficiently you could not ask for a better company.
