In our community, the homeowners association is responsible for roof replacements. We initially solicited a contract to do the first 11 buildings. In the bidding process, we spoke with Matt Lentz and Chris Hloska at The Roofing Company and were very impressed with their responses to all of our questions. We were especially impressed with the quality of the roof shingles and other materials they use. Not so much with some of the other bidders.
