Chris came out on time to inspect the area that I was concerned about. After the inspection Chris gave me a very honest and detailed explanation of his findings. He explained that the part of the fascia board and roof is expensive to fix since the gutter and the pool cage are attached on that side. He said he did not see any signs of damage on the roof and suggested that we start by sealing around some screws that were holding the gutter to the fascia board. At this point, he felt the damage was cosmetic and did not feel is was necessary to make a costly repair. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely be using him for all of our future roofing needs.
