Can’t say enough great things about the job they did on my house last week. From start to finish, everyone from the admin team, to the crew installing and the project manager were all very polite, honest and up front about the project. They knocked out 4,500sqft in 2 days! My pool patio, bird cage, flower garden, a/c, garage doors were all protected from the demolition. It looks like they were never even here except for the beautiful new Owens Corning Onyx Black roof that was installed. 10/10 recommend!

Yes, more than achieved your goal. Everyone from your company was very professional, friendly, and helped us through the process of fixing our hurricane damaged roof, where a tree fell on it. After Hurricane Milton, our insurance adjuster recommended a few action items for our roof. I called The Roofing Company as they had installed our roof a couple of years earlier, and Jeff Lee came out immediately and completed the recommended items, free of charge. We are thankful for not only the original roof replacement, but their customer service years later! We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacements, repairs, etc!

Had a new roof installed by The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay .The staff Sarah, Jena and Dennis were very cordial and very helpful with my needs. The crew that did the replacement were a crew of seven. I watched them work and it was so easy for them to take a " shortcut" here and there, especially in the brutal heat. You can see them working out the smallest deficiency. They all worked together as a team.The city came out for inspection. I had to ask what roofing co. he thought was the best? then several days later I ask the Mitigation person for insurance who he thought was the best... Keep in mind they see the work of many so-called roofing companies . The answer from both:" The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay".I did not get to meet the owner. I believe his name is Matt.Matt, an old military saying "You done good"Thank you for a very professional 'A TEAM' start to finish job..2025 March had a small issue with roof gutter called , several days later fellow by the name of David came, resolved the issue all good...SUPER COMANY.......THANKS again AL

I am sorry to have to write this review on " The Roofing Company"They came out and gave me a written estimate for my home, it was a great offer. I had 6 other Rooferscome out and none beat it.So, I called them up after finishing up getting all the estimates to set up a timeframe for them over tosign the contract at the estimated price. The night before the next afternoon meeting, I get a call from thesalesman who informs me that HE made an error in calculating the estimate and the price on the originalestimate was incorrect. It was now over 30% higher than the original estimate due to his calculatingerror.Needless to say, I was floored by this late information, as my financing was already in place for the originalestimate and now I needed to go and get more financing because of his error. I sent him an email with theother 6 quotes, which now his company is at the higher end of them, and asked him to ask his boss if he wouldgive me a better price because of this error. He came down $200 from the new estimate, which still put in in thehigher end of the 7 estimates.His boss will back him in the reply from when this shows up on google reviews, saying its human error and it's onlyan estimate and they can change.This is a FYI for all to see, what could happen to you during a re-roofing project and getting estimates.You make your own decision!UPDATE: a VP called and offered a very slightly better offer, but still 15% higher than another lower offer.Was good of him to call and try to do better but unfortunately it wasn't good enough for my budget.

The absolute best experience dealing with Jeff. From our first meeting he left no questions to be asked. Very thorough and professional. After our meeting I felt informed and knowledgeable, treated us like family. Jeff was the first roofer I met with, out of 3 other companies and I instantly knew this was the company we were going to use. On to Hector the make it happen captain and his crew. Great group of guys hard working and proficient. The sound of them working was music to my ears. Sarah was great and thanks for getting our shingles changed. We love the Sedona Canyon. They came, they saw and they conquered. The only sign they left that they been here is our beautiful new roof. Thank you Matt and everyone.

After Milton, I called three roofing companies asking for estimates for a total roof replacement. The Roofing Company had previously done two of the homes on my street with great reviews from each owner. The price and time frame for my job was within my expectation so they were my choice. The job was completed on time and looks great. My yard was cleaned and I am totally satisfied with the level of service I got from Evan and his crew. I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay for a new roof on my house.They started the job on Wednesday with delivery of my shingles and completed on Friday. Prior to starting they covered any of my shrubbery so not to cause of any damage when removing my old roof.By the end of the day Friday they had finished the job, cleaned all the debris and I had a beautiful new roof.Throughout the whole process beginning with the estimate, they were professional, informative, considerate, timely and thorough.

I called them after Milton. I had minor damage. They originally told me it would be a few weeks and I totally understood. The price was very reasonable.When I received my HO3 renewal a week later it was increased so I found better cheaper insurance. I needed a new wind mit and 4 pt report but couldn't do it until roof fixed. When I called them and explained to the office manager who was extremelykind, she told me she would call me back and see what they can do. 2 hours later I get a call stating someone will be out today to fix your roof. They came a few hours after, fixed the roof cleaned up and left. Very friendly and pleasant .I now have what I need to get the new policy and have a solid repaired roof just in time for possible rain this week.I would recommend this company for roofing repairs and or replacement.

Wow! Matt (owner) came out and inspected my roof post 2 Hurricanes. We had noticed several wet looking spots in one of spare bedrooms. Our roof is 10 years old. As he throughly inspected the WHOLE roof for any issues. He was positive that our roof was in great condition and was probably from winds and rain. No damage! No repairs! I just want to say thank you to this awesome roofing company. We've been homeowners since June of 2020 and we *just* now finally had an opportunity to get a new roof (very much needed). Dave was our first point of contact and very kind and transparent. He knew this was our first time doing something like this and he made sure that we thoroughly understood the process and had peace of mind.The project rolled around this past Friday and Saturday (super impressed at how amazingly fast the workers were and thankful for their friendliness). The only hiccup we had was with our project manager assigned to us. Some of the steps didn't go as outlined originally, but after voicing our concerns (the roof itself was done perfectly, it was just some of the process that we were concerned about)- our next point of contact was Jena and Jeff and they were sincerely a blessing. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure our experience could be the best it could be- given our unique situation- and was SO prompt in responding to us. He was kind, patient, took us seriously, treated us as more than just customers but like family that you would want to take care of when there's a misunderstanding. Dave was outstanding. He called me and let me know he was coming out to give me an estimate to repair my roof. When he got there, he looked over the area and let me know my roof still looked very good and that it does not need to be repaired. He explained everything to me in detail. A different roofing company told me there was damage and that it needed to be repaired. I appreciate Dave's honesty and will definitely use The Roofing Company for my future needs.

I was so impressed with the work ethic of everyone I've dealt with in this company, from the office people when I first called, to the sales people, the installers and their field inspector, everyone was so helpful. The roof looks great too. They had to go around my cable dish on the roof and did that very well. Also added hurricane clips to save money on my ridiculous home owners insurance! Actually so I can shop around for new insurance since my rate went up almost $500 a month. Saying goodbye to that company hopefully. The field inspector just left and said everything looked great. Already passed first city inspection and not at all worried about the last one tomorrow. They took numerous photos for me to send to the state of Florida to be reimbursed for $10,000 through the state's mysafefloridahome program

Really just appreciate everyone we worked with but most especially, Jeff. Just had our roof done and after these two hurricanes I had him come to inspect it just in case anything happened. It was 10/10 but he pointed out we had some cracks in our stucco around our chimney and was so nice to caulk it for us, before we redo the stucco, in case it rains between now and then. The owner, Matt, just stopped by to look at a minor leak on my back porch. I could tell already that these guys were different , because they answered their phone, they returned calls, they provided a narrow window for an appointment, they sent reminders the day before and Matt even called when he was running a few minutes behind. Let's be honest - these are not things that most roofers in Tampa Bay do. When Matt showed up he quickly looked at my leak and gave me some advice on how to fix it myself. When I offered him something for his time, he refused. He also walked around the house and offered some roofing advice on a couple of other issue I have. Wow! What a nice guy. When it comes time for my roof to be replaced, I know who I'm going to call.

Leak in a resident's roof after hours. Reached a live person who had Jeff call me right away. Jeff came out the next morning at 10am and not only fixed the roof leak on the resident's unit but, without us asking, walked the entire roof which included 6 additional units and fixed loose shingles and nail pops! Needless to say when you see water spots on your ceilings, it is not a good feeling, but when I called The Roofing Company, Sarah answered the phone and was so friendly and helpful. She called me within the hour and told me that Jeff would be coming on Friday between 2:00 - 3:30 and that he would call before coming. I had a leaking roof. I arranged estimates from four different companies. The roofing company of Tampa Bay blew away the competition in price, honest assessment, and warranty for their work. Dallas was very honest, knowledgeable, thorough and professional in his assessment and estimate, and in later follow up. A stellar company to do business with! I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement. All personnel from field labor to supervision were personable, respectful, and professional at all times. Their motto of “we treat you like family” isn’t just a slogan, it’s a fact. The quality of their finished product is superb. I contracted them for a roof replacement (2600 sf residence) and they completed the project in 2 days. The quality of the new roof was tested immediately after completion. Within 2 hours of completing the roof a massive storm came through that lasted 4 hours; a torrential downpour that didn’t let up the entire time. After Mother Nature’s show of force I went up into my attic and checked with a flashlight and everything was bone dry. The next evening another fierce storm came through lasting 2 hours and the results were the same… bone dry. I am thoroughly impressed with this company as they truly provide professional level workmanship at a reasonable cost. I requested bids from 6 different contractors I researched on line and The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay was the crem de le crem of the lot. Their bid was not the lowest nor the highest. Their pre-contract information package was far superior to any competitor with a detailed list of all costs and aspects of the job spelled out in writing. If you are in need of a roof replacement I would recommend them heartily 100% of the time, no hesitation! A special thanks to Marcia (office coordination), Dallas (sales representative), Hector (job site foreman), and Dennis (project coordinator/supervisor). The team at The Roofing Company was very well organized and professional. The initial evaluation and estimate went well. Matt explained what they offered, what was covered in the estimate and general time line for the project.Once we signed the estimate I started getting calls and emails from Sara and Jenna in the office to keep me up to date on the schedule and to clarify details on the estimate. Materials were delivered as promised the work started on time.The crew leader met with me the morning the work started to make sure I was comfortable with the time table and addressed some general safety items. They covered ground areas around my home and drive to make cleanup easier and more complete.As the work started Matt stopped in to make sure things were preceding well. Midday, Dennis Wood stopped in to check progress and give me an update on the progress and expected completion. The total project took just over one day and mid-morning Day after the work was complete Dennis came by to do his final inspection of the work and the clean up.The next day Jena sent me the itemized invoice and paid invoice just a promised.Overall I was extremely pleased with the project start to finish. The installers were very careful and covered our pool with a tarp, and they cleaned up after they were finished (swept everything up, etc).We are so happy we chose this company and will recommend them to anyone that needs help with their roof.

The congregation here at Palm Harbor (Palm Harbor church of Christ) desperately was in need of three (3) roofs. We contacted several roofing companies and only two replied with substance and knowledge, but one exceeded the others, and it was "The Roofing Company."
I met Dave and we talked about all the aspects of work to be done. We met a few times and then the congregation met to discuss the options provided by Dave from the company.
He answered all our questions and even had a Sunday night phone call to answer more (now that's dedication and customer service).
Dave went above and beyond to get us the right roof for our needs, he also was on point with the estimated costs as well as the time frame for work to be done. We were expecting a month out for work to be completed but there was an opening and Dakota the field supervisor contacted me and was ready to begin work within a week.
Permits were pulled and the work began.
I (minister) asked questions and stated things that were concerns to me, and Dakota answered and if needed took care of those concerns of mine. Dakota even stated that if I wanted the crew to wear pink shirts (LoL), he would go buy them, that's how much he wanted to please us the customer.
I grew up in the construction field, and I know all the aspects of construction. The crew that Dakota sent out to do these roofs, did an excellent job! I was watching and they really preformed like a well-oiled machine. All three buildings needed wood repair and of course me watching (off and on), I knew this. I saw the problems and the crew ONLY replaced what was needed to be replaced.
I told Dakota some of my past credentials and said I do not want any frivolous repairs and that we as a congregation would not pay for that type of work (not saying the company would do that, but growing up in Florida and many hurricanes and dealing with roofing companies, well you know, some bad apples spoil the rest). Anyway, he assured me this would not happen and as I said earlier, I was watching (but not directing/going through Dakota etc) and Dakota held true to his word. Not one piece of wood was replaced that didn't need it!
On one building the old plywood was wavy and that was because truss blocks were not used where the ends of the plywood meet, thus causing no way to nail said plywood and the ends were just floating. I witnessed his crew remove the bad plywood and then access the attic to install wood blocking from truss to truss to support the new plywood. Now that is top notch work and going beyond to make the job right, and what some roofing companies in the past have neglected, hence, the blocks were needed.
All three roofs are now up to code and we can rest easy.
All three roofs were completed in three days and that is a lot of roofing material and a lot of work for two out buildings (1500sqft) and a big church building.
The crew also came back on Saturday and cleanup up every bit of trash and just did a excellent job!
Dakota came by to do a final once over and walk the roof, everything was fine. We then proceeded to write the checks, but before that, we requested a release of lien for the material and work done. Dakota showed me the release of liens and we wrote the check, then he sent the releases to us. It was a pleasure working with Matt, Dave, and Dakota on this job and the professionalism by all.
THEY DID IT RIGHT!
If I ever needed another roofing job, guess who I'm going to use, yep, "The Roofing Company," (Matt, Dave, and Dakota).

Fantastic. I shopped and compared and read reviews before choosing which company to replace my entire roof. I chose The Roofing Company because of high reviews, and after such a great job on such a big project, they deserve another great review. Highlights would be the communication from the staff and even the owners to address any needs or concerns my wife and I had along the way, we were kept up to date on the status of when the job would begin after initially booking them and once begun they completed within 3 days. Roof looks fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. Kimba, Office Manager is FANTASTIC !!!!! The Roofing Company re roofed my home a few years ago. Developed a leak recently. I called the office to inform them that I needed a service call.
Kimba answered the phone and took it from there. She had a technician scheduled and called back to inform me of the date of repair and followed up to verify service was completed correctly.
Regarding the technician, Shawn was outstanding. He did his due diligence and identified the problem with a leaky Lanai roof. He developed a resolution and solved the problem.

They replaced my roof in a very expert and timely manner. The prepatory negotiations were done in a amicable and efficient way. The workmanship is exceptional and the crew was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them and I am totally satisfied with their work.

We closed on our house on August 10th 2018 . We contacted the seller, because 3 days later the back flat roof started leaking . We were under the impression that new roof were installed on the whole house . Turned out that that wasn’t the case . The company didn’t have a contract with the seller on the flat part of the roof . Seller didn’t show any interest resolving the issue . Chris ( owner of the roofing company) saw the problem needed to be rectified , regardless of payment. For no extra money whatsoever. Chris sent a crew to come to the house to put on a new roof , because patching the roof wouldn’t have been enough . This is way above and beyond what a roofing company is expected to do . Honesty and integrity is what this company is all about. We are highly recommend this roofing company to anyone.

My roof was finished this evening. I have heard compliments already about how nice the roof looks. The men did a nice job cleaning up each evening. They even go around together with a magnetic piece on wheels to collect the nails each day. All were very hard workers. I felt very comfortable having them at my home. Thank you for doing such a great job it looks great.
